Who is Liveacre?
We’re a bunch of relentless dreamers who run a company. Terrifying, isn’t it? We make clothing, prints & other things we like, to help support different charities that we love. My name’s Jessie Willner. I founded Liveacre in 2011. It is currently run out of Los Angeles by a horde of wonderful (& rowdy) people.
Why is Liveacre?
One day, I realized the concept of help is actually quite useless if it just stays a concept. I realized that I needed to make it quite tangible.
So, it began! I embarked on an adventure. I wanted to escape the city and get a change of pace from Los Angeles. So I grabbed a plane to a place that was exactly the opposite. America’s midwest. I arrived and I hid myself away with some paper, a Macbook, and my thoughts. I stayed in a middle-of-nowhere town for 60 days. By the end of my stay, I had concocted the ideas and workings of Liveacre.
The midwest holiday had served its purpose. I got on a plane and went home to execute my wild schemes.
What ensued? A very large quantity of (nutty) ideas, perpetual make-shift sketches, endless cursor-blinking on endless hours of business modeling. Abundances of photograph-taking, film-making, spaghetti-baking, tee pain-staking (yeah), no-sleep-but-still-waking, etc, etc. Really, to summarize, we had some of the most incredible times we had ever had in our lives creating Liveacre.
Then finally, we were done. It was time for the beginning. So, we embarked on the most exhilarating, spontaneous and completely nerve-wracking adventure of our lives. We launched.
But Here’s the Thing:
What we really want the most, is for you to do the same thing. To take what you wish you could help, and just help it. To rebel against the regular or routine. To disregard any of the opposing forces or any of the cynical opinions. To take whatever is worth it to you, whatever you’re passionate about, and fight enduringly for it. Until you get it.

We want an uprising. We might be gutsy enough to garner it, but we need you, too. We can make a change, yes, but changing the world is a big feat. We’re starting here. We want you to join us. In revolt of the ordinary. In proclamation of the extraordinary. To prove that we all can dream… as high as we’d like to.
Let’s do more than anyone ever fathomed we could.
